“One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.”
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Kyo Niseko — truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. The rooms were stunning, the onsen was a dream after long ski days, and the overall atmosphere struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. What really made this trip unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Jared and Mirko went above and beyond in every possible way — their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care made such a difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and effortless. They didn’t just make our stay comfortable — they made it truly special. We left already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend.

“It was a home away from home”
Had an extremely pleasant stay at Kyo with my friends. We stayed in the 5 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, spotless and new. All of the staff, especially Jared and Mirko, were super helpful and accommodating. They greeted us with a smile and helped us with our shopping, skis and groceries every time we left and returned. They even had hot pots for us to use for Shabu Shabu dinner in the apartment. The family run slope was right at our doorstep too. It was a home away from home and we are already looking forward to returning again!

“Amazing service!”
Amazing service! Don't know how we will go back to the average service from every other hotel 🤣 I felt like we were the only customers there as the catered everything to our needs. They drove us everywhere, picked us up- didn't need to walk anywhere. Valet ski service is amazing, ski in ski out- loved this! Masonry restaurant was also great! Good food, good wine, good service!

“Love the hotel so much”
2nd time at Niseko Kyo. Love the hotel so much we're starting to plan to come back again in summer and winter again next year! Rooms are large, clean, there's cooking and laundry facilities. Ski lift is within the hotel and the restaurant has excellent food! But most importantly, thank you to the fantastic team that made our stay the best we've had in Japan! Jared, Grace, Leo, Curtis, Rory and everyone else. Thank you for the warm welcome and taking care of us! Hope to see you guys the next season!

“We felt thoroughly well taken care of ”
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Niseko Kyo at the beginning of March taking full advantage of the beautiful hotel and convenient ski in ski out location. Between the onsen and the various other amenities such as the ski valet, conceive services available both in person and via text and the breakfast offerings in the morning, we felt thoroughly well taken care of and experienced a truly thoughtful experience. Above all, it was the attentive and kind staff (particular mentions go to Kurtis and Patou) who went above and beyond to anticipate and assist us with every need, from ski valet services, spontaneous rides to pick up our ski rentals to unloading groceries from our car. Their countenance created a warm and welcoming environment that solidified the hotels desire to give you a home away from home. Thank you to the Niseko Kyo team.

“One of a kind experience!”
The staff are super friendly , easy to get help or get to the service by WhatsApp (they read it super fast😆) , very convenient close to the walking street and the store.. the room is superb I am here with friends and we went skiing so they send a car to pick me up at the store too fabulous in many way 💗🥳love this place definitely come back!! the manager and staff also are 100/10 friendly n helpful 🙏🏼 💗

“Some of the rooms have amazing views to the Mt. Yotei.”
Loved our four-bedroom residence with the private onsen. The suite is so spacious and beautiful. And some of the rooms have amazing views to the Mt. Yotei. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was really comfortable to stay there for a week during our skiing trip.
