“Luxury meets convenience”
Niseko Kyo is an absolute gem — the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and unbeatable convenience. The ski-in ski-out location made hitting the slopes effortless, and being right in the heart of Hirafu village meant we were just steps away from amazing restaurants, cozy cocktail bars, and charming shops. Loved that they had a ski valet as well. They would warm up our boots while we were eating lunch. The in-house onsen was such a treat, and having a private onsen in our unit felt like pure indulgence after a day in the snow. The interiors are stunning, a space that feels both elegant and welcoming. With thoughtful touches like ski valet, a great gym, an onsite restaurant, and the incredibly attentive Luxe Nomad team, Niseko Kyo made our stay seamless and truly special — I’m already looking forward to going back. (They also have a restaurant on site for breakfast ( additional cost) but makes it very convenience when you’re prioritizing skiing in the morning.)

We had a fabulous time at Niseko, enhanced by the incredible 5 nights stay at Niseko Kyo. This is our second stay and will also be booking for 2026. The accommodation is luxurious yet such homely feel. Love the in room onsen! The highlight of our stay is the impeccable service extended by not just a few Kyo staff, but.All front desk/Conceirge members! Huge thanks to manager Jared and his super amazing team, Manon, Christina, Anna, Reo, Finn and everyone else (apologies if I forgot your names). Prior to arrival and in between till our departure, every step of the way, all our requests regardless big or small, were enthusiastically and meticulously met.
I'm amazed by the consistency of excellent service delivered by the entire team in 2024 and 2025, despite some changes in staff. The prompt and caring Kyo service extended to us, as well as the genuinely friendly conversations with Jared and his team keep drawing us back :) Looking forward to the Kyo experience next year!

“Amazed by the exceptional service!”
Perfect family stay met expectations with luxury, comfort, and true ski-in, ski-out ease. The staff were incredibly hospitable and the restaurant crew was super friendly - class all around. The room was cozy and convenient with a kitchen (fyi, there is a 2 minute shortcut walk to the market on the top of the street) - and the location? Unreal, just steps from the lifts and super convenient that the rhythm rentals can be picked up at the ski valet once you’re done. Also, the onsen was clutch for recovery. Highly recommended and will come back again! 🤝

“Best Hotel in Niseko – Highly Recommended”
We’ve come to Niskeo for 5 years and have stayed at 3 different hotels and without a doubt the Kyo has been the best. Service is exceptional & every member of staff we encountered was delightful and ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend and we will certainly be coming here next year. Thanks to everyone that made this year’s ski trip a great one!

“Service Beyond Expectations!”
Family of 6 stayed for 5 nights. Awesome hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff there made a huge difference. Each service encounter was always warm, polite and genuine. You will always be greeted with a smile when you come back. The manager on duty made an exception and went out of their way to send us to kutchan town for a dinner appointment which would otherwise cost a lot by taxi. That's service above and beyond. They also offered to store our SB gears when we were behind schedule for our appointment. A great help when you are with 2 overtired kids. They also allowed to use the public onsen after closing hours, a lovely touch when you needed some alone time after a long day on the slopes. Chauffeur service to and from a nearby cafe was also provided on our check out day. Special mention to the Singaporean male staff(Javyen) who noticed that we had breakfast included in our package and informed us accordingly. The female manager in the restaurant was exceptionally good as well, remembered my family members and gave my kids locally produced popcorn. Buffet breakfast daily was usually the same few items. Some variation would be great. Well done to every staff member in Kyo, you guys exceeded my expectations!

“One of a kind experience!”
One of a kind experience. I haven’t stayed in a hotel before where it truly felt like home and I looked forward to breakfast every day. I felt very taken care of, so much so that every staff member genuinely wanted to help. A great sign of an amazing hotel is how well the staff interacts with guests, and you can tell that the staff cares so much about guests having as calming of an experience as possible. Savannah, Jared, Kurtis, Manon and Barns gave local recs, were funny, and extended their kindness in every form of communication. I am so grateful I was able to stay here and will go out of my way to come back here.

“Unforgettable Family Stay at Niseko.”
Just returned from a 1-week stay in a 4-BR unit at Kyo with the family, and the experience was so positive it was worth the effort and a pleasure to write this review. The 4BR unit was just spectacular. A very cozy atmosphere for a family get together. The design of the unit was fabulous- everyone has privacy if they want privacy, and a wonderful common living/dining area if they want to eat/play/socialize en masse. And what a wonderful treat to have TWO onsens in the unit- 1 in an enclosed (but windowed) balcony adjacent to the living area and another inside the master BR bathroom! (Note also that Kyo has an arrangement with Rhythm, a well-stocked ski equipment rental company, to return equipment on your behalf at the end of your trip/ski activities.) The residence is ski in-ski out and literally no more than 50 meters from both the chair lift and ski lesson/ski pass kiosk. Sitting atop the end of the road next to the Hirafu ski base on the one hand AND a 3-minute walk through a short cut to a main street with restaurants, ski equipment/clothing as well as convenience stores (actually, a decent sized mini-supermarket), there not much more that we could have expected of the location. Last, but certainly not least, the service- Jared and the Kyo team trerated us SO WELL. Complimentary rides around Hirafu village, including round trips to restaurants, were incredibly useful in Niseko where taxis are booked a month in advance and even those driving up will have difficulty finding parking space going to shops and restaurants. Every morning, Kyo sends team of 4-5 people to clean up thew unit, fast efficient and friendly. Overall, service was on a par with 5-star hotels. I can't say enough good things about Kyo. I hope you will have occasion to experience this yourself!
